HEAVENLY DESSERTS

I know I said that I was gonna lay off the sweets. But, gosh oh gee, it's always there tempting me! We went to an outdoor market that sells everything from food to plants and whatnots and of course, I gravitated towards the desserts.

We got this and it's absolutely delish! :-)

It's called polvoron from Postres del Cielo which is made of milk, flour, sugar and nuts. It's a different kind of polvoron because it is infused with unique flavors such as cranberry, pineapple, kiwi and lavender. 

It actually tastes good! Especially the pineapple one. I thought it would taste weird, but surprisingly, it's not. I'm glad we got to try it because I've been curious about it ever since I read about it in a magazine which featured these goodies.
