HAVING MY CAKE AND EATING IT TOO

I love carrot cakes! :-) When I was a kid, I thought it's gross because I never really ate carrots back then. But now, I love to eat them and if it's incorporated in a cake, I love it even more. 

This one is called a Carrot Walnut Cake:

It tastes superb! It even has a hint of cinnamon on it. It's not too sweet, just right. Even the size is just right.

So glad I found this. Thank God! :-)
