ALL GREEKED OUT

WOW! This is my 100th post! I can't believe I've written about various topics 100x already!

Anyhoo, anyhow, I want to write about Greek yogurt. I always read how good it is for digestion and overall health. So, naturally I was curious about it, what it tastes like and how it differs from regular yogurt. Unfortunately, I can't find it anywhere, so when I finally did, I just had to try it.

I got this one:




If eaten plain, it's more sour than the regular and flavored yogurts out there. I like that the blueberry flavor is not added in this Greek yogurt because it gives consumers options. You know, some like it sweet and some like it sour...

As for me, I like it sweet so I prefer eating yogurt with the blueberry flavor mixed in. :-)

But, this is more expensive than the regular yogurt and is much harder to find, so I'll just indulge in it once in awhile.
