"Divine messages come to you all the time." "They come through dreams, through snatches of songs, through things that you read which resonate with you, through synchronistic conversations, and most of all, in the quiet recesses of your heart.
You may not have encounters with burning bushes, but that doesn’t mean God isn’t talking to you!"
With all the food I have been eating, I really need to work out. But, exercising is easier said than done. However, I can no longer put it off. And so, I am very happy and proud to tell you guys that I DID it! I finally started working out regularly! Yay! :-) I guess once you start, you can't stop. At least, I hope I won't.
I start off with yoga to warm up and then use a stepper and some dumbbells to work out both my legs and my arms. I plan on using a jump rope or adding some jumping jacks to my routine soon.
I hope to wake up earlier than usual so I can exercise earlier to. It's so much better that way.
So, wish me luck! And, I hope you guys will start working out too. :-)
While me and my mom were shopping for groceries, I saw this:
I've always loved sansrival, even the cheap one from Burger Machine tastes good, but I haven't tried this one fromCafe Ysabel, so naturally we had to get it.
What's intriguing is its unique ube flavor. My mom loves ube, so we really had to try and taste it for ourselves.
It doesn't disappoint! It tastes sooo good! Better than regular sansrival. I can't wait to try the other flavors such as mocha and chocolate. :-)
Found this message and wanted to share with y'all:
"The world never delivers on its promises...
Make more money and you'll be happier, get a bigger house and
you'll feel satisfied, buy fancier clothes and people will admire you -
the materialist's mantra.
But there is always a bigger house, someone
making more money and a new style that makes your expensive wardrobe
obsolete.
Pursue things that deliver: take care of each other, love one
another and believe in God. These are things that deliver, and that's a
promise."
